Cancellation, Rescheduling & Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

Deposits are fully refundable if:

• You cancel with 48 hours’ notice or more

• I need to cancel your appointment for any reason

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given for a cancellation or reschedule, the deposit will be retained. This is because it is often difficult to reschedule appointments at short notice.

If you arrive late for your appointment, your treatment time may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the following clients. Full treatment charges will still apply.

If an appointment is missed, cancelled after the appointment start time, or there is no contact before the appointment, the full treatment cost will still be payable.

Any deposit already paid will be deducted from the remaining balance due.
